Marc Fallows led the team in 16th position, with Adrian Williams next home after edging out Charles Wood with a well-timed finishing burst.

Barry Sampson, Adam Harborrow and Bill Leggate finished in close order, with Graeme Furley completing the team scoring in 40th.

The ladies team finished a close second behind Headington, superbly led in fourth place by Jane Wassell, with Jane Thomas also making the top 10 and finishing as first female Under-20.

"I looked around and knew that if we ran that play the roof was going to come off this place," Oliver said. "And it really did.

"The key with us is to defend and rebound, and when we do that, we go into transition and we can't be stopped."

Albertus carried a 38-28 lead into intermission. The second- seeded Lions didn't go quietly in the second half, but their roar was silenced by foul trouble (five Emerson players fouled out) and consistent free throw shooting by the top-seeded Falcons (22-6).

Albertus made 35 of 51 free throws, most of them in the second half, and Emerson never got closer than seven points the rest of the way.

FOSTER: Well, the earthquake in Haiti deals a devastating blow to an economy which was already in tatters, and decades of political instability and the succession of hurricanes have left Haiti with the unenviable title of the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Take a look at this: 80 percent of Haiti's 9 million population lives below the poverty line, more than half of the population live on less than $1 a day, and two-thirds of all Haitians depend on farming for their livelihoods. Unemployment is widespread. We do not have exact figures. And many people simply don't have formal jobs.

Now, GDP was just $7 billion for the whole of 2008. To put that into context for you, that is the equivalent to what Wal-Mart makes in less than a week. 2008 storms killed 800 people, left 1 million of the 9 million population homeless. And it wiped out 15 percent of the economy. Imagine what is going to happen this time around. Now, Haiti is extremely dependent on foreign aid. The U.S. has been Haiti's largest donator since 1973. It provides $302 million to country and that was for fiscal 2009.

Haiti also received more than $1 billion in debt relief from the World Bank in July. And the World Bank is now pledging $100 million in extra aid. It is going to need all of it.

Now, the first rescue team to reach Haiti, wasn't from the United States, or any other nearby country. But it was from a tiny, distant, and economically crippled nation. And that nation was Iceland. Iceland's foreign minister explained to me exactly what happened paper bag printing there.

("Not the orphans!") and a toxic brew of malt liquor.

Blaxploitation films are frequently the targets of parody (I'm Gonna Git You Sucka!, Undercover Brother), but this one may be the most deadly accurate, even if it does veer towards the downright ludicrous by the conclusion.

Pity it didn't get a better theatrical release. Any two minutes of its running time is funnier than the entire collected works of Friedberg-Seltzer.

Muna (Nisreen Faour) is a single mother living an unsatisfactory existence in her occupied homeland. Between dodging the sight of her ex-husband and enduring the indignities of negotiating her way through Israeli checkpoints on her way to and from work, life is tough.

It seems a golden opportunity when Muna and her son Fadi (Melkar Muallem) unexpectedly receive confirmations of long-forgotten green card applications allowing them to move to the United States.

They arrive in the U.S. to live with Muna's replica breitling sister Raghda (Hiam Abbass of The Visitor), her doctor husband and their Americanized children.

(CPI) to digitally automate a new, ultra-supercritical power plant in central China. HANOI, Jan. 19 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam will auction one billion U.S. dollar government bonds on the international bond market this year, according to the state bank of Vietnam on Tuesday.

The bonds will be sold to foreign investors in China's Hong Kong, London, Boston and New York, said the bank.

The Vietnam's Ministry of Finance will decide the terms and interest rates of auctioned bonds. The ministry also takes responsibility to define the prices of bonds, ensuring the interest rate of issues with maturities of ten years not exceeding seven percent.

Money mobilized from the auction will be used to help some state- owned companies carry out key refinery, hydropower and cargo ship projects. These companies include the National Oil and Gas Group, PetroVietnam, Vietnam National Shipping Lines, Song Da Corporation and the Vietnam Machinery Erection Corporation.

This is the second time that Vietnam auctions government bonds on the international bond market, according to the local newspaper Young People on Tuesday.

The first time was in October 2005 with ten-year government bonds worth 750 million U.S. dollars. The bonds were sold to yield 7.125 percent interest rate, said the newspaper.
