A family had a lucky escape after a candle lit for World Earth Hour set fire to a bedroom.

The family from Church Road in Ashprington, Totnes, Devon, turned off their power and lit a candle to mark the event at 10pm on Saturday.
The two adults and three children returned from a walk to find a fire in the attic bedroom of their detached bungalow.
Two fire appliances from Totnes attended and a thermal imaging camera was used.
The candle flame had set fire to magazines and newspapers and the family returned just as bedding caught alight.
Totnes fire station watch commander Steve Howrihane said: "It was very lucky that Glashutte Watches they came back in time. It had just started to set light to the bed covers as they got back.
"If they had been out another couple of minutes, it could have been a disaster."
Most of the flames had been extinguished by the time the fire brigade arrived. But the room was still full of smoke.
